PACE HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL, ATHLETIC DIRECTOR MAY GET JAIL FOR PRAYING IN SCHOOL.
Frank Lay, the principal of Pace High School in Pace, Florida, and school athletic director Robert Freeman are known as deeply religious men. Lay especially had a tendency to promote group prayers at school events. But the ACLU considered the unconstitutional, a violation of the separation of church and state. So it sued the school to get it stopped.
In January, Pace agreed to quit with the group prayers, since administrators were illegally pushing their religion on others. But only weeks after the consent decree was signed,
Lay asked Freeman to lead a prayer at a school luncheon. Now the two men are on trial for violation the accord and face up the six months in jail.
[WHERE IS THE FREEDOM OF RELIGION AND PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS IN THIS? AMERICA HAS A CONSTITUTION AND THE STATE WAS NOT TO INTERFERE WITH THE FREEDOM OF RELIGION! This is the true meaning of the word separation of church and state.
This is happening in America the last place on the planet where it was at one time the home of the free and the brave. What did the organized Churches to do protest this? What did the Catholic Church do to protest this or even the Pope? Nothing! Please pray for all the few who are trying to fight for the right of the silent majority. Silent majority who still care about your freedom to worship GOD and Pray speak up and tell the devil to shut up in the name of YAHUSHUA ha MASHIACH! Start lifting up these Brothers and Sisters in YAHUSHUA up in Prayer, and pray they do not get put in jail for praying.]
Other examples which prove we are in the end days right before the anti-christ comes on the scene and makes himself known to all.
.Portrait Of George Washington Praying Removed From School

March 2, 2006 – A federal judge has ruled against William Lee, a public school teacher who sued his school after officials removed Christian-themed posters on a bulletin board in his classroom. The postings included a depiction of George Washington on his knees praying at Valley Forge, and news articles about the faith of George Bush and former Attorney General John Ashcroft. School officials also removed a flier promoting the National Day of Prayer.
Federal Judge Rebecca Beach Smith said that this case is about “what free speech rights Lee has as a public school teacher-employee,” not about Smith's overall freedom of speech.
The school principal allowed Smith to keep articles about the religious practices of Inca and Maya, a photo of Boy Scouts praying over 9/11 and an article and photo of a flight technician with “Pray for America” on his helmet.
The Rutherford Institute defended Smith's right to display religious-themed articles on his bulletin board.
