SUKKOT - FEAST OF TABERNACLES 2018

The feast of Tabernacles starts on the evening of Sunday September 23rd & ends on the evening Monday October 1st.

The first day of Sukkot, the evening of September 23rd until the evening of September 24th, is a High Holy day and not normal work is to be done.

Shemini Atzeret (the 8th day of Sukkot; the Holy Day of assembly and rejoicing of the Torah) begins on the evening of Sunday September 30th, and ends the evening of Monday October 1st.

"In the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto YAHUVEH seven days: on the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath.
